Description
The CC field sucks, it should be redesigned. It shouldn't be possible for anyone to delete a user from the CC list (unless you are the admin), and the CC list should be a list, not a textbox.
One idea:
For each ticket, there should be a checkbox, "Interesting". Then there can be a new table, cc, that contains the ticket id and the interested user/email, then the "Interesting" checkbox adds/removes the current user from that table. The current user can be read from the session variable. (Works as long as an anonymous user has setup the email in their session).
